HART HIGH SCHOOL CHOIR CONCERT PROGRAM ADS & PERFORMER TRIBUTES

Thank you for your interest in supporting the Hart High Show Choir and the Hart on Broadway Show, with performances on October 18th and 19th. For the program we are looking for Sponsor Advertisements from local vendors and businesses as well as Tributes for student performers from family and friends. 

Programs will be available as purchased printed copies and also as a FREE digital version downloadable via a QR Code. All ads & tributes are displayed electronically and printed in FULL-COLOR. If you would like to purchase ads or tributes for Hart on Boradway and our Spring Concert (May), the second one will be half the price.

PLEASE SUBMIT COMPLETED ARTWORK & PAYMENT BY MONDAY, OCTOBER 07, 2024

AD & TRIBUTE REQUIREMENTS:

• Submit FULL-COLOR Ads/Tributes sized to 100% at 300 dpi and with text, graphics, and photos clean and sharp for best reproduction
• Email digital artwork prior to the deadline date to hartchoirartwork@gmail.com as a press-ready PDF or JPG. (Please contact us if files are larger than 10MB, to coordinate alternative forms of submission.)
• Artwork for Ads/Tributes is considered final and will be placed into the program exactly as submitted and will not be edited or altered
• Hard copies of artwork will not be accepted

You may complete your transaction online via credit card, ACH or choose "Pay Later" and mail or hand deliver checks payable to "Hart Choir Booster Club" at 24825 North Newhall Ave. Newhall, CA 91321-1576
