Hart Show Choir: Disneyland Trip FEB 16-17, 2024

Signed trip agreement and $200 non-refundable deposit due NOV 24, 2023

Once again, we have decided to open the Disneyland trip to ALL students in Hart 'n Soul, HartBreakers and Sound Vibes. This is an OPTIONAL trip and comes at an additional cost. 

The total cost of the trip is $600 per person (students and chaperones). $600 approximate cost includes buses to and from Anaheim, 1 night at the Disney Resort Hotel (quad occupancy), a 2-day park hopper, and $50 meal money. Please note that student contributions must be paid before students are eligible to attend the Disneyland trip. 

A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due by November 24, 2023 and the balance (and any remaining choir fees) will be due on January 19, 2024. 

We also need adult chaperones to attend the trip as well. The cost is the same for both students and adults.... except we place only two chaperones per room, but 4 students per room.. 

Chaperones must be fully vetted and verified through Wm. S Hart School District....no exceptions. See News item in Booster Hub for specific directions. 

While the purpose of this overnight trip is primarily a FUN way for the groups to bond, we will be partaking in an educational experience while we are there. Students will participate in an engaging session in backstage Disneyland. The students will be taught music and possibly movement by an industry professional clinician. It is a rare one of a kind experience. : ) 

Your $200 non-refundable deposit will act as your acknowledgement and acceptance of this linked trip agreement.
