CHOIR TRIP: Chicago, Illinois April 8 through 12, 2024

GROUPS: Hart Breakers and Sound Vibrations

FEE: $2,000 estimated per person (exact amount TBA asap) 

DEPOSIT: $250 due Friday, November 24, 2023 

Please fill out the linked Trip Agreement and pay the $250 non-refundable deposit (per person) by Friday, November 24, 2023, to hold your spot. Final arrangements are in process, but the total 2024 Trip Fee will be approximately $2,000 for each student and/or chaperone. Students will be placed in quad rooms (4 people per room) and chaperones will be assigned 2 people per room (with two separate beds). 

The trip fee includes: 

• round trip airfare, baggage
• hotel (4 nights)
• planned meals
• ground transportation
• excursions 

Final trip balance is due by Friday, February 2, 2024.  Optional trips are only open to those students who have also paid their choir contributions in full by the February due date.

Chaperones

If you'd like to volunteer as a chaperone, you must be cleared by the school district which requires submitting a completed Parent Volunteer packet (See News item in Booster Hub for specific directions), complete some on-line training classes, TB test, and LifeScan fingerprinting. This all takes a few weeks so if you want to go as a chaperone, please start this process now. You cannot chaperone without district clearance.
