HART HIGH SCHOOL CHOIR CONCERT PROGRAM ADS & PERFORMER TRIBUTES

Thank you for supporting our outstanding Show Choir program at Wm. S. Hart High School. This fundraiser benefits our choir program and allows choir students the opportunity to raise funds for Hart Choir’s general fund as well as receive 75% of each ad or tribute credited to their individual choir accounts. Submissions can be Sponsor Ads from local vendors and businesses as well as Tributes for student performers from family and friends. Please select which ad size you wish to purchase. Programs will be available as purchased printed copies and also as a FREE digital version downloadable via a QR Code. All ads & tributes are displayed electronically and printed in FULL-COLOR.

PLEASE SUBMIT COMPLETED ARTWORK & PAYMENT BY MONDAY, OCTOBER 02, 2023

AD & TRIBUTE REQUIREMENTS:

• Submit FULL-COLOR Ads/Tributes sized to 100% at 300 dpi and with text, graphics, and photos clean and sharp for best reproduction
• Email digital artwork prior to the deadline date to hartchoirartwork@gmail.com as a press-ready PDF or JPG. (Please contact us if files are larger than 10MB, to coordinate alternative forms of submission.)
• Artwork for Ads/Tributes is considered final and will be placed into the program exactly as submitted and will not be edited or altered
• Hard copies of artwork will not be accepted
